How to Lose Weight Fast for Teenage Boys

There are millions of overweight children and teens in the United States, with a significant number falling under the category of obese. This is a problem that many teenagers face. If you’re a teenage boy and you want to lose weight fast, there are a few things you can do.


Get your family involved. Your family can help you by stocking healthier foods, offering support or encouragement and being there when you need help staying on your diet and keeping active. You might even find that other members of your family need help losing weight, too.

Get active and stay active every day by incorporating fun activities. "Dance, Dance Revolution" and other video games that force you to be physically active are an easy way to do this. If you don't have access to a video game system, try taking a class such as boxing, dance or karate.

You can also find a number of sugar-free or reduced-sugar snacks such as ice cream and cookies. Also, increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat every day and snack on those instead of chips.
